JM-Berrux Le Petit Tetu Bourgogne Blanc 2021

I still remember the very first time I drank a bottle of Le Petit Tetu! It was 2014 or 15 and it was at one of my favourite wine bars in Melbourne, Embla. This wine has since gained cult status because of how clean and faultless it is despite being zero/zero. Mineral, briny, citrus and textural. Wow.
