Mitolo Jester Rose

Mitolo Jester Rose is made with Sangiovese which is hand harvested on a cool morning, then transferred directly to the winery where the grapes are destemmed, crushed and pressed immediately off skins, to keep the colour to a minimum. Delicate floral aromatics, a silky palate with strawberry and raspberry at the core.
