On Saturday 7th October, we had the pleasure of Earp Distilling Co visiting Vera and pouring their range of spirits and liqueurs. As per usual, their Limoncello was a hit!

45ml Earp ‘Summertime Limoncello’
60ml Prosecco
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice – chuck a slice in for good measure.
Top with a splash of soda water
Serve over ice in a nice big ol' wine glass
Go on, kick your feet up and enjoy that sunshine!
