Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free local delivery on orders over $75.

Orders within our local delivery zone that are under $75 incur a $10 delivery fee.

Our local delivery zone covers selected inner-Newcastle suburbs close to our Hamilton store, including:

Hamilton, Hamilton South, Hamilton North, Broadmeadow, Islington, Wickham, Maryville, Carrington, Tighes Hill, Georgetown, Waratah, Cooks Hill, Newcastle West, Newcastle, The Hill, Bar Beach, The Junction, Merewether, Adamstown, New Lambton and Mayfield.

Local deliveries are made between 3pm and 6pm on Tuesdays.

We do not deliver on public holidays. Please see our Contact Us page for holiday trading hours.

If you’re nearby but unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, please get in touch and we’ll confirm for you.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

For orders outside our local delivery zone, we ship Australia-wide using a range of carriers including Aramex, Couriers Please, TNT and Australia Post.

We ship FREE on orders over $150 excluding WA, NT & TAS.

Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $15 to NSW, VIC, QLD & SA.

Deliveries to WA, NT & TAS ship with a flat rate of $30.

A $15 flat rate also applies to very fragile items such as glassware and rare or old bottles.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Shipping times are subject to carrier availability. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Express shipping is available at a custom rate. If you require express shipping, please leave a note at checkout and we will provide a live quote based on your order size and delivery location. The quote must be approved and paid before dispatch.
