WINE PACK DELIVERY

We send out our wine packs on the second Monday of each month (with FREE Delivery*) to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. 

Here’s how it works:

🍷 Join us before the monthly cut-off, and you’ll receive that month’s pack

🍷 Join after the cut-off, and your first box will arrive the following month

Your subscription will begin (and you’ll be charged) on the day you sign up, but your delivery will follow our monthly shipping schedule.

What wines will I receive?

Each box is a curated selection of boutique wines chosen by the Vera team. We change our packs monthly, so you’ll always receive a fresh mix of styles, regions and producers.

Can I choose the wines in my pack?

We take care of the selection for you, that’s part of the fun! Choose a pack that suits your taste - red, white or mixed and leave the rest up to us.

If you really like to choose, simply select your wines from our website. Any order of 6+ bottles wines will receive 10% Off.

Why choose a wine pack instead of buying bottles individually?

It saves you time, removes the guesswork, and often works out better value, plus you’ll discover wines you might not have picked yourself!

Are all the wines natural or minimal intervention?

Many of our wines fall into the minimal-intervention category, but the focus is always on quality and drinkability first.

What if I don’t like a wine?

We aim to include a balanced mix in every box, but taste is personal. If something misses the mark, let us know and we'll work with you to find a solution. We genuinely value feedback and use it to improve future selections.

Am I locked into a subscription?

Not at all. There’s no lock-in so you can pause or cancel at any time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Wine Packs are delivered free of charge to most states in Australia. Standard shipping rates apply for WA, NT & TAS.

I signed up two weeks ago, but haven't received my wine pack yet. When can I expect to receive it?

We send out our wine packs subscriptions once a month on the second Monday of each month. If you signed up after that date, then you will receive the next month's pack.
