Winter Whisky Cocktail: Rob Roy

Crafted with rich whisky, sweet vermouth, and a dash of bitters, this 19th Century drink is the perfect blend of warmth and depth. A Rob Roy is smooth, moody, and made to be sipped slowly by candlelight or a fire.

We’ve sourced and stocked everything you need to make your own Rob Roy, including premium ingredients that add a unique touch to this classic cocktail. 

 

 

What you'll need;
• 60ml bold, smooth whisky
• 25ml good quality Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Maraschino cherries for garnish
 
How to mix it;
1. Add the Scotch, vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir gently for about 30 seconds, until well chilled.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry (or two)

Our tip: Choose a Whisky with enough character to really stand out.
