Collection: Winmark Wines

Originally named Pooles Rock vineyard, it historically produced exceptional Chardonnays until it was sold in 2011. After years of neglect, Karin Adhock rediscovered the property and re-established the vineyard, transforming the 130-acre property into Winmark Wines. The team at Winmark have a long-term focus of redefining sustainable vineyard practices and is trialing areas for cover crops to increase the biodiversity across the sites.
