'Tanacetum' is enjoyable both as a digestive and as an aperitif, with ice and a slice of orange. Made with botanicals that are closely relative of chamomile and daisy. The aromatic components of Tansy are extracted by hydroalcoholic infusion. The bitter aftertaste characterizes it while the addition of sugar makes it pleasant both as an aperitif and at the end of a meal.
