Champagne Boizel Grande Reserve NV

Champagne Boizel, located in Epernay, are a 6th generation family owned house. This cuvée, from their Timeless Collection, is representative of their house style. It is 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Meunier, 40% of which is reserve wine. It is aged for 3 years on lees and finished with a dosage of 7g/L residual. It is a delicate, aperitif style of Champagne making it incredibly versatile and a people pleaser. Aromas of stone fruit are intermingled with fresh pastry, citrus and florals of acacia and blossom.
