The 'Gary Charles' Chardonnay is named in honour of the patriach of the Farr Family who laid the ground work for the wines and direction of these exceptionally expressive and terroir-driven wines. Handpicked and wholebunch pressed to 50% new french oak. Lees stirring encourages naturally occurring malo. Ripe fruit from a great vintage retains its acidity and minerality whilst gaining complexity and texture thanks to the gentle use of lees, malo and oak in the winery.
