Champagne Egly-Ouriet Brut 'Les Premices' (Base 19, Disg Jul 23)

Equal blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier from 40 year old vines over clay, sandstone and chalk. This is classic Egly, no inoculation, long lees aging and low dosage. Sweet orchard fruit, peach, baking spices and fresh bread. Medium to full bodied with a sweet core of bright fruit with a fresh, saline finish.
