Coravin Pivot+

The Coravin Pivot+ is a relatively new addition to the Coravin preservation systems we know and love. Originially designed for restaurants due to it's fast-pour nature, the Pivot system operates similarly to the Timeless Three+ system by replacing the Oxygen in the bottle with Argon. 

Unlike the Timeless Three+, the Pivot needle does not go through the cork. Instead, the original corks and screwcaps are removed and replaced by purpose built stoppers which the large needle then slots into. This allows a wine to stay perfectly fresh for 4 weeks.
