Curly Flat Chardonnay 2021

Picked in the cool of the morning, Chardonnay from three distinct blocks were whole bunch pressed to tank with cloudy juice transferred to barrel the following day. This resulted in a tight, crystalline Chardonnay that has hints of banana cream, white rock and white nectarine aromas and flavours. Give this another few years in bottle.
