Defialy The Orange Rose of the Rodeo 2023

I like this wine a lot… I mean, a LOT! A blend of Heathcote Vermentino (25%) macerated in direct pressed Syrah (25%) and blended with Grenache Blanc (50%). Super textural, blood orange like savoury tang and fresh acidity with a hint of oxidative notes. Wow!
