‘La Goya’ is a Manzanilla Pasada, meaning it has been aged for a relatively long time, 8 years in fact. The wine is bottle before the yeast can die off, avoiding Amontillado characters. Light nuttiness, bready characters and traces of sea salt on the end. A light, fine and fresh bone-dry finish.
