Domaine Bornard Ploussard Point Barre 2022

This wine is more intense (darker and more profound) than usual. A reflection of the vintage the alcohol level is higher than usual and Tony thinks it is a vintage that will keep for much longer than usual. The vinification was slightly different too. It was destemmed then macerated in stainless steel for a month (that bit is typical) but it was infused with the marc from La Chamade, the other Ploussard cuvée. After pressing it was aged in stainless steel and bottled in July 2023.
