Domaine de Montbourgeau l'Etoile Savagnin 2018

An excellent winter white wine here. This is made from the Jura’s most famous grape variety, Savagnin and it spends 3-4 years under thin layer of yeast that grows on the surface of the wine (flor). This is rich, nutty and salty and pairs perfectly with mushroom dishes.
