Domaine des Hâtes Pierrick Laroche Chablis Les Chatillons 2022

Located in the valley of Fontenay, Les Chatillons is the most calcareous of Pierrick's eight sites. Planted in the 70's, this makes for an elegant, long and especially mineral wine and that is why it is bottled separately to his AC Chablis.
