Domaine d'Orfeuilles Vouvray Sec 2020

The 2020 Vouvray sec offers the characteristic aromas of a well-made Loire Chenin Blanc, the bouquet is reminiscent of pears, fresh ginger, quince and cardamom. The taste is juicy and extra rich, but well balanced in every phase. This d'Orfeuille wine is also traditionally fermented without the addition of artificial yeasts. It gets its remarkable structure from long aging on its own lees.
