Eduardo Torres Acosta Versante Nord Bianco 2023

Made by an enigmatic young winemaker from the Canary Islands, this biodynamically farmed white blend hails from tiny plots on the north side of Mount Etna. Primarily Minella Bianca, it macerates on skins for five days before elevage in old oak.

It's zippy, it's mineral, it's fresh. It's delicious!
