Eminence 'Cute Brut' NV

A lovely, elegant sparkling from Whitlands in the King Valley.  This is a distinctly not fruity, light, intricate and fairly savory wine. The aroma reminds me of a wild country garden - dried lavender & grass, orange blossom and pomegranate. The blush colour comes from a 2% red pinot noir addition and you can see this in the palate with a white strawberry note.
