Eric Goypieron Macvin du Jura Chardonnay 2021

This is a traditional mistelle wine from the Jura made with super ripe Chardonnay grape must that is fortified with Brandy. It has intense aromatics of primary, secondary and tertiary characteristics that finish on a lingering flavour of baked quince. We paired this to a burnt basque cheesecake with a slice of comte. Magnificent!
