Fierce III Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

On the nose there's complex, interesting multifaceted bouquet of dried herbs, toasty smokey caramelised BBQ glaze, prune and black olive. Throughout the palate expect 
 an abundance of flavour in the rum and raisin dark chocolate spectrum, with a fine persistent backbone of tannin giving the wine focus and length with a thoroughly satisfying savoury finish.
