Freres Laffitte 'Le Petit Gascoun Rouge' 2021

The Laffite family have been growing grapes since the middle ages, but the young brothers now running the show have prioritised wine production over the original occupation: Armagnac. The grape is Marselan, a relatively new crossing of Cab Sauv x Grenache, this is all bright red berries with an earthy, savoury undertone.
