Gorrondona Txakoli 2023

This is as Basque as wine gets! Taxkoli is mostly used as the ‘farmers grape’ to make their local wine, but when people take it seriously and give it some love, you get something as wonderful as this. Slight fizz to keep it fresh with loads of green apples.
