Jean-Francois Ganevat 'Oregane Assemblage' 2019

This blend of 50/50 Savagnin and Chardonnay from vines planted in the 70s. Two years elevage with topping up but no added sulphites. Powerful and intense with a rich, slightly oily edge and intense citrus fruit. The length on this wine is mind blowing.
