Jean-Paul Deville Cotes de Bordeaux 2019

Jean-Paul Deville is better known for his wonderful Champagnes from the Montagne de Reims. His other passion though is the wines of Bordeaux. This wine goes through a 21 day-long maceration and 6 month-aging in oak-barrels for part of the harvest give this red wine its rich and supple colour, forest fruit aromas and fruity yet deep palate, perfect balance between intensity and finesse.
