Konpira Maru Pinot Noir 2023

Fruit sourced from the lofty Eminence Vineyard on the Whitlands Plateau (850m).  Cool climate means crisp Pinot but still with decent body,  tannin and berry flavoured undertone, a lot of spice and dense dark palate of 'blood plums and blueberry'. Ripe cherry, sarsaparilla, and baking spice with a hint of forest floor. A subtle spritz gives the palate a slight tingle.
