Mercer Wines Picpoul Blanc 2024

This is one you might not know, but you should! In previous years Mercer Wines made a fizzy Pic Nat, but this is an aromatic still white wine. A traditional Rhone variety, planted in Central Ranges NSW, made with a playful curiosity. A delicate drop with a gentle mouth feel, soft squeeze of lime, fresh lemon oil and structural grace, Picpoul Blanc will keep the conversation flowing around a deliciously filled dinner table.
