Michele Reverdito follows 'old school' practices in the vineyard, including hand harvesting all fruit and banning use of pesticides and herbicides. This is a delicate and juicy Barbera that has notes of ripe fruits such as red currant and plum. Super versatile wine and would suit hearty Italian dishes as well as mushroom risotto the compliment its earthy undertones.
