Mii no Kotobuki 'Biden' 1999 - 720ml

An incredibly interesting and delicious Sake from Mii no Kotobuki. This is an aged sake from 1999. The ageing coupled with fermentation using traditional Yamahai method produced a mellow and balanced sake reminiscent of Fino Sherry.
