Ota Shuzo 'Kokoro' 2023 720ml

Ota Shuzo was founded in 1874 and the owners are descendants of Ota Dokan, a famous Samurai. This is made from Tamazakae rice grown in Shiga by the brewery. Full bodied and dry with plenty of umami and spice.
