Ottomani 'Amphora' Sangiovese IGT 2022

The top wine from one of our favourite biodynamic Chianti producers, Ottomani. This wine is fermented and aged in Amphora, and doesn't follow the strict appellation laws so is not labelled as Chianti. It is, however, a completely different beast! Pair with a bistecca alla fiorentina for a real good time.
