Paterna Vignanova Toscana Sangiovese 2019

This is Paterna's take on Super Tuscan. It's big, it's bold, it's super all right. Made by a co-operative of three local winemakers sourcing fruit from organically grown vineyards in Tuscany. This is a great alternative to Montalcino or Chianti, and over delivers on flavour and quality. Give it a good decante before serving, and i'd highly recommend pairing it with some protein. The classic pairing is a Florentine Bistecca - I won't say no!
