Pietradolce 'Archineri' Etna Bianco 2021

This is made from 100% Carricante grapes grown in a single vineyard near the town of Milo on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. Detailed notes of white peach, citrus and soft sage create a full and distinct aroma which leads on to an elegant, intense mouthfeel; stony, chalky minerals and a fine texture thanks to some gentle lees stirring.
