The 2 year maturation on lees has given the fruit a super fine structure built around the natural high acidity where the reductive environment gently coaxes the aromas and structure in the wine. Beautifully spicy, aromatic, hints of almond and blossom and that terrific long finely textured palate. Lovely now but will cellar well
