Sawanotsuru was founded in 1717 in Nada-ku, Kobe, a region famous for Sake production. This is their every day Junmai. Yamadanishiki (the king of Sake rice) gives a depth of flavour with fruity aromas. Textural and soft with an elegant, dry finish.
