Shropshire Blue 125g

This traditional English blue vein is made in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir by Master Cheesemakers who began crafting cheese over 100 years ago. Each individual wheel is individually graded and hand-selected to ensure the finest quality. 

Traditionally made and lovingly matured, this mellow cheese is the pride of the Master Cheesemakers. The perfect Shropshire Blue is a rich orange colour with distinctive deep blue veining and a golden crust. It has a moist, crumbly, and slightly chalky texture with a bold blue flavour.
