Singlefile Great Southern Chardonnay 2023

A great example of the slow ripening process in this part of Western Australia. Bright aromas of lemon curd and peach with subtle mealy and struck match characters. On the palate there's citrus zest and stone fruit with the use of new oak providing a subtle spice character. Great cellaring potential.
