The new vintage of everyone's favourite local sparkling! Previous vintages have been varying degrees of fizzy, but this release is properly sparkling and sealed under crown seal - huzzah!

Made from a Teinturier red-fleshed grape, this is loaded with sour and fresh red cherries and raspberries. Perfect Autumn drinking.
