Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning 'Hot & Spicy' 280g

One of the Vera families most sacred pantry staples, a traditional-style Jamaican seasoning.

Perfect for chicken, pork and fish. Rub onto the meat before cooking and, for best results, marinate overnight but at least 30 minutes. Walkerswood recommend about 2 to 3 tablespoons of marinade for every kilogram of meat. You can even add this to cooked vegetables to add another dimension of flavour.
