The Hattingley Valley vineyard was established in 2008 on a north-facing slope atop the chalky soils of Hampshire with a view to make sparkling wines that could compare to the very best of France. This unique blend of 47% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Noir, 19% Pinot Meunier, and 2% Pinot Précoce has delicate aromas of orange peel and zesty citrus with creamy Nougat and freshly baked brioche, the perfect celebration drink to accompany any party.
