he Cockscomb Cabernet Sauvignon shows classic varietal characters. It is a medium to full-bodied wine with considerable presence; ‘Cockscomb’ shows a lovely nose of red currants and blackberries and finishes with well-rounded tannins and length. It will go very well with roast leg of lamb or with hard cheeses.
