Tillie J Wines Aligote 2025

Oooooft, this is one of my favourite Australian Aligote’s I’ve tried. Pure and linear, this shows the fine boned structure of a cool growing season. The palate is all baked goods, apple and custard and a subtle nuttiness from the addition of Chardonnay lees.
