Collection: Alice & Olivier de Moor 2026 Release

A little release from Alice and Olivier de Moor, and a pretty exciting one.

These are some of our favourite wines from Chablis. Quietly made, beautifully expressive and full of that salty, mineral, slightly wild character we love. This release has a couple of familiar bottles, some very small quantities and Azimut, a new direction for the domaine.

There’s not much of anything, as usual. So if de Moor is your thing, you probably know what to do.
