Collection: Briar Ridge Vineyard

Briar Ridge Vineyard is located in Mount View in the Hunter Valley. Focusing on traditional style wines, Briar Ridge have vines that have been established since 1972 by Murray Robson. Their attitude to growing and making wine is classically radical. Although traditionalists, their innovation comes through experimentation with alternative varieties and minimal intervention.

Briar Ridge is currently run by Jaclyn Davis, with Andrew Duff as the new winemaker. Andrew has worked vintages at various wineries across New Zealand and Australia, including Tyrrell’s in the Hunter Valley and Church Road in Hawkes Bay. Andrew’s story reflects his passion for winemaking, and he holds a commitment for producing high quality wines as well as experimenting with alternative varieties such as Albarino and Fiano.
