The team at Pooley are constantly breaking the ceiling on what internationally acclaimed Aussie wine looks like and at 35 years young, they are just getting started. Last year, they took home the top gong, 2023 Winery of the Year, in the Halliday Wine Companion.
Their pristine vineyards of Butcher's Hill and Cooinda Vale are sustainably cultivated with a focus on biodiversity. Minimal intervention in the winery allows for purity of fruit expression and terroir. These are desert island wines.
