Chardonnay and Savagnin from organically farmed old vines rooted in grey Lias marl. Co-fermented on skins for seven weeks before a long élevage in well-seasoned demi-muids, creating texture and complexity without masking the fruit.

Orange peel, dried apricot, bergamot tea and gentle spice weave through a finely textured palate, with delicate tannins and a long, savoury mineral finish.
