Bannockburn Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2015

Bannockburn’s museum-release Cabernet blend is drawn from some of the estate’s oldest vines, planted between 1976 and 1996 in volcanic loam over limestone. Savoury and spicy, it offers brambly fruit, baking spice and iron-like complexity, with firm tannins, fresh acidity and emerging maturity carrying through to a long, poised finish.
