Bindi Darshan Pinot Noir 2017

This is a deeply sentimental wine from an incredibly closely planted vineyard that sits alongside the house and pays tribute to their mentor and founder, Bill Dhillon. The 2017 has a complex array of aromas, wild strawberry, black cherry, dried flowers, leather, a touch of prune. The palate is very long and beautifully textured with fine, supple and persistent tannins.
